    Volunteer writers contribute to our What Makes Cabarrus County Great blog by highlighting nonprofit partners, community leaders, local initiatives, and stories of impact.

    Volunteer blog writers may:

    • Interview nonprofit leaders or community members

    • Research local stories and initiatives

    • Draft engaging, community-focused articles

    • Help share the impact of philanthropy and nonprofit work

    This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy writing, storytelling, and connecting with the community.

  • Event Support

    Support the Foundation at workshops, celebrations, networking events, and community gatherings.

    Event volunteers may assist with:

    • Guest check-in and registration

    • Wayfinding and attendee support

    • Event setup and breakdown

    • Greeting guests and helping create a welcoming experience

    Event volunteers help make Foundation gatherings meaningful, organized, and enjoyable for everyone involved.
